How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy:

  1. Download APP_NAME from the App Store
  2. Open the app and tap "Sign Up"
  3. Enter your email, name, and phone number
  4. Create a secure password
  5. Verify your email address
  6. Complete your profile and start using the app!
How do I join a game or event?

There are two ways to join:

  • Browse Events: Navigate to the Events section and browse available games and events in your area
  • Scan QR Code: If you have a QR code from an event organizer, tap the camera icon and scan it to join instantly
How do I update my profile information?
  1. Open the app and go to Settings
  2. Tap Profile
  3. Edit your name, nickname, phone number, or profile photo
  4. Tap Save Changes
How do I change my password?
  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Tap Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password twice
  5. Tap Update Password

If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and follow the email instructions.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time:

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Why am I not receiving notifications?

If you're not receiving notifications, try these steps:

  1. Check App Settings: Settings → Notifications → Enable notifications
  2. Check iOS Settings: iOS Settings → Notifications → APP_NAME → Allow Notifications
  3. Check Do Not Disturb: Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is off or allows notifications from the app
  4. Reinstall the app: As a last resort, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
