How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy:
- Download APP_NAME from the App Store
- Open the app and tap "Sign Up"
- Enter your email, name, and phone number
- Create a secure password
- Verify your email address

How do I join a game or event?
There are two ways to join:
- Browse Events: Navigate to the Events section and browse available games and events in your area
- Scan QR Code: If you have a QR code from an event organizer, tap the camera icon and scan it to join instantly
How do I update my profile information?
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Tap Profile
- Edit your name, nickname, phone number, or profile photo
- Tap Save Changes
How do I change my password?
- Go to Settings → Security
- Tap Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password twice
- Tap Update Password
If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and follow the email instructions.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time:
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
If you're not receiving notifications, try these steps:
- Check App Settings: Settings → Notifications → Enable notifications
- Check iOS Settings: iOS Settings → Notifications → APP_NAME → Allow Notifications
- Check Do Not Disturb: Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is off or allows notifications from the app
- Reinstall the app: As a last resort, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
